Chicken Jalapeno Dip

1 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 sm. (6 oz.) can chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
3-4 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos (or to taste)
dash of hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
tortilla chips

There are 2 ways to heat this. The recipe says to mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl & pour into a 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve while warm with tortilla chips.
I put all the ingredients in a small crock pot on low stirring occasionally until warm & all blended (about 1–1 ½ hours). I let it in the crock pot on low as long as needed to keep it warm. Serve with tortilla chips. I also double the batch & use 1 can cream of mushroom soup & 1 can cream of chicken soup. Single batch serves 4. I’ve also made in the oven & served on toast as a meal (kind of like sh*t on the shingle)
