    Mom - Fritzy

    List of Ingredients




    Cream together:
    1 ½ C. shortening
    3 C. sugar
    3 eggs
    Sift:
    6 C. flour
    1 ½ tsp. soda
    1 ½ tsp. salt
    Mix together and add:
    1 ½ C. buttermilk
    3 tsp. vanilla
    Beat with mixer 5 minutes. (important to beat for 5 minutes)

    Drop by tsp. on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 10 min. @ 350º - 375º
    Icing with powdered sugar & milk mixture, or favorite icing
