Cream Filled Cupcakes

List of Ingredients
Use any flavor cake mix – choc, yellow, whatever you prefer
Filling
½ lb. oleo softened (2 sticks)
½ C. Crisco shortening
1 C. granulated sugar
¾ C. evaporated milk
1 T. imitation vanilla
Recipe
Cream together with electric mixer (med. Speed) for 8 minutes. Cook cupcakes following directions on box. Allow to cool, cut off tops, dig out centers, & fill with filling. Put the cap back on, & use the filling for icing.
