    1 C. Butter, softened

    1 C. Peanut Butter

    1 C. Sugar

    2/3 C. Packed Brown Sugar

    2 Eggs

    1 tsp. Vanilla

    2 C. All Purpose Flour

    1 C. Old-fashioned Oats

    2 tsp. Baking Soda

    ½ tsp. Salt

    ½ C. Milk Chocolate Chips

    ½ C. Semisweet Chocolate Chips

    ½ C. Peanut Butter Chips

    ½ C. Vanilla (White Choc) Chips

    ½ C. Butterscotch Chips

    Recipe



    In a mixing blow, cream butter, peanut butter & sugars. Add the eggs & vanilla, beating well. Combine flour, oats, baking soda & salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chops. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2” apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks. Yields: 4 ½ dozen.
