List of Ingredients
Dissolve 6 tsp. or 6 cubes chicken bouillon in 5 C. water (use 1 can chicken broth for 2 c. water) Boil & let cool. Add to 1 – pkg. 16 oz. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoning Mix (blue & white bag) Cut up 5 stalks celery & ½ onion. Saute in 1 stick butter. In another skillet fry 1# Bob Evans mild sausage, 1# Bob Evans Italian Sausage. Drain. Add all ingredients together, plus 3 eggs, parsley flakes, white pepper, & poultry seasoning (no salt) Cook in crock pot or bake 1 ½ hrs at 350º. Cathy usually makes night before & puts in crock pot in fridge. Can be heated in microwave, then in crock pot. Add chicken broth if needed to stay moist.
