Smoked Sausage
Carrots
Diced Potatoes
Onion, chopped
¼ C. water
Seasoning salt - to taste
Recipe
Put a rack (if you have one) in the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Put carrots, onion, & potatoes in the 9 X 13 pan & lay sausage on top of veggies. Sprinkle w/ seasoning salt/salt/pepper (whatever you prefer) Cover with aluminum foil & bake at 250º for 5 hours or more. (Can bake hotter for a shorter amount of time)
