    Buffallo Chicken Lasagna

    1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
    4 oz light cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup Naturally Fresh Lite Bleu Cheese salad dressing (I use ranch)
    9 dry lasagna noodles
    4 oz low-moisture, part-skim finely shredded mozzarella cheese
    8 oz cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded
    1 cup Texas Pete buffalo style wing sauce
    26 oz jar pasta sauce
    1 cup water

    Instructions:
    Mix buffalo wing sauce, pasta sauce, water and chicken in a large bowl. Mix cottage cheese, bleu cheese dressing and cream cheese in another bowl. Spray 9x13 pan with PAM. Pour 1 cup sauce mixture into the bottom of the pan. Layer 3 noodles, pour 2 cups sauce on top. Layer 3 noodles, all of cheese mixture, 3 noodles, remaining sauce mix and top with mozzarella. Let sit overnight in fridge. Bake 1 hour at 350.
    8 servings = 5 points each.
