Grandma Hook’s Rhubarb Pie

List of Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped rhubarb
2 eggs beaten
5 tbslp. Of water
1 ½ cups of white sugar
1 tbsp. of flour rounded
Recipe
Beat these all together except rhubarb and then after mixing add rhubarb.
Put in unbaked pie shell & dot with 1 tbsp. butter & sprinkle with
Cinnamon. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes and then 325º for 30
Minutes. It is a difficult pie to know if done. If you bake according
The directions it will be done.
*I bake mine at least 45 min at 325º when using a tin pan, less if using a
ceramic pie pan.
