1 – 10” pie shell – baked
8-10 peeled & sliced peaches (or 1pkg. frozen)
1 C. water
1 C. sugar
3 Tbsp. corn starch
lump of butter
3oz. peach jello
Recipe
Cook water, sugar & cornstarch until clear. Take off heat & cool a little. Add peach jello & butter. Cool a little b/f putting in pie shell. Refrigerate.
