    Rhubarb Dump Cake

    Layer:
    4 C. Rhubarb in 9 X 9 pan (also good w/ 1 can pineapple chunks)
    Sprinkle with:
    1 C. Sugar
    1 – 3 oz. Strawberry or cherry jello
    2 – 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Jiffy Cake Mix (or ½ box yellow cake mix)
    1/3 C. melted butter
    ½ C. water
    Do Not Stir! Bake 45 minutes at 350º - Refrigerate
