3 cups flour
1 1/3 cup Crisco
1 tsp. salt
mix these together with a pastry blender or fork
Then beat the following with a fork
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
4-5 tblsp. Of water (the more humid the less water I use)
fold in the vinegar mixture with the flour mixture
let stand for 5 minutes and then roll out
Bake at 450º until crust is brown
