    6 skinless breasts
    1/3 C. chopped onion
    ¾ C. ketchup
    ½ C. water
    1/3 C. white vinegar
    3 T. brown sugar
    1 T. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. ground mustard (I just put in a dash)
    ¼ tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    In a nonstick skillet coated w/ non stick cooking spray, brown chicken over medium heat. Transfer to a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish coated w/ non sticking cooking spray.
    Recoat skillet w/ nonstick cooking spray; cook onion over medium heat until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until chicken juices run clear & meat thermometer reads 170º. Yield: 6 serving.

    I added a little chili powder & garlic to it. I don’t think you would have to brown the chicken first. I baked it for 55 minutes.
