List of Ingredients
½ lb. ground beef
1 – 1 lb. can tomatoes
1 – 8 oz. Can tomato sauce
2 C. water (tomato juice)
1 – 10 oz. pkg. frozen veggies
½ envelope dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. sugar
Recipe
In saucepan, lightly brown beef; drain off excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, frozen veggies, soup mix, & sugar. May add whatever other veggies on hand. Bring to boil; reduce heat; cover & simmer for 20 min or until tender. Makes 6-8 servings.
