    Potatoes
    Garlic
    Onion
    Butter
    Cream Cheese &/or Sour Cream
    Milk
    Cheddar Cheese (Optional)

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes (with skins) while sautee'ing the Onion & garlic in butter. Once Potatoes are tender, drain & mix together with the Onion/garlic & add cream cheese &/or sour cream to taste - mash with potato masher. Add milk as needed for desired consistency. Can add cheese at the end if desired.
