Left Over Turkey Casserole

This is definitely something that I think is going to taste GREAT! Not to mention it's a creative way of dealing with leftovers after holiday dinners...
List of Ingredients
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can whole baby carrots
- 2 c. chopped turkey (or chicken)
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 pkg stove top stuffing
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can water chestnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Melt margarine in 2 quart casserole.
- Stir in contents of stuffing seasoning pouch.
- Reserve one cup of crumbs, and spread the rest in the casserole.
- Blend sour cream and soup in a large bowl.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and spread it on the crumbs in the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs.
- Cover and bake for 35 mins.
- Uncover and bake for 5 minutes more.
