Artichoke Dip
Like so many other recipes, these appetizers have made the rounds for such a long time that finding the original recipe is a daunting activity. I have no idea where this originated, but we've enjoyed it for many years.
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- Dash hot sauce
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Final Comments
I use low-fat mayonnaise and fat-free sour cream. I often use fat-free Parmesan.
Serve with potato chips or butter crackers (Ritz).
