Dried Beef Dip
This was a hit in the 1970's. The original presentation was to serve it warm. We like it chilled just as well.
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 large cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped fine
- Dash garlic salt
- 1 small jar dried chipped beef, chopped
- Dash cayenne
- 1 jalapeno, minced (opt.)
Instructions
- Mix well. Chill for several hours for flavors to blend. Bake at 325 until heated through (about 15 minutes). Serve with rye crackers.
