List of Ingredients l pound groundmeat 2 tablespoons chili powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin (opt.) 1 large onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 can refried beans 1 avocado, mashed 1 package taco seasoning mix 1 cup sour cream 1 can green chiles, chopped 1/2 can black olives, chopped (opt.) 1 onion, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped and drained Shredded lettuce 1-2 cups shredded sharp cheese Instructions Brown groundmeat and next four ingredients. Place mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13" baking dish. Spread refried beans on top of groundmeat mixture. Mix mashed avocado with taco seasoning. Spread over refried beans. Mix sour cream with chiles and onion. Add as next layer. Layer remaining ingredients ending with shredded cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. Final Comments Meat mixture may be omitted and this is still good.
