List of Ingredients 3 large packages cream cheese, cut into chunks (may be partly fat-free) 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, sliced 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno juice 1 cup sour cream 1 pound lump crab meat (or 3 cans) 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste 2 cans artichokes, drained and sliced Instructions Microwave cream cheese, liquid, and jalapenos until soft on about 70%. Add artichokes and sour cream. Microwave on 50% power until hot. Add remaining ingredients. Heat just until hot. Final Comments Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips.
