Pesto Tortillas
Talk about crossing ethnic groups!! A little Italian, a little Mexican. Use my pesto sauce this category.
List of Ingredients
- Pesto Sauce
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- Salsa
Instructions
- Place tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread pesto mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle each with 1/2 cup (or less) mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
- Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Serve with salsa.
Final Comments
Keep flour tortillas and pesto sauce on hand. These are good emergency appetizers when company pops in. Pesto may be purchased, but it's not as good as homemade.
