Sausage Balls
An old stand-by. This recipe and variations can be found in almost every church cookbook printed in the past 30 years.
List of Ingredients
- 1 pound hot bulk sausage
- 2-3 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 pound extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 small jalapeno, minced (opt. for those who like heat)
Instructions
- Mix well. Shape into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 about 20 minutes or until golden.
Final Comments
Also good dipped in salsa.
