    Sausage Balls

    An old stand-by. This recipe and variations can be found in almost every church cookbook printed in the past 30 years.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound hot bulk sausage
    • 2-3 tablespoons minced onion
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 3 cups Bisquick
    • 1 pound extra-sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 small jalapeno, minced (opt. for those who like heat)


    Instructions


    1. Mix well. Shape into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 about 20 minutes or until golden.


    Final Comments


    Also good dipped in salsa.
