Smoked Oyster Ball
Another contribution from John G. and his wife Marion. They were often the first on the block to try a new recipe. Consider doubling this recipe. It goes quickly.
List of Ingredients
- 2 large packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 tins smoked oysters, drained and chopped
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons onion, minced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Dash salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Dash hot sauce
Instructions
- Mix and shape into a ball. Sprinkle with parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers.
Final Comments
Smoked salmon will also work in this recipe. Use a mild cracker.
