Stuffed Mushrooms with Cheese

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- 1 large cream cheese, softened
- Dash salt
- Dash Worcestershire
- Dash nutmeg
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place mushroom caps on a greased cookie sheet. Combine remaining ingredients. Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture. Sprinkle on the additional Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Final Comments
Alternatively, bake unstuffed mushroom caps. Fill with cheese mixture. Serve at room temperature.
