Mamma's Monkey Bread
Mamma obviously enjoyed this recipe. The page in her notebook displays cinnamon-sugar fingerprints, a definite sign that the recipe was used again and again.
List of Ingredients
- 3 cans refrigerator biscuits
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Cut biscuits into fourths; shake in a bag with sugar and cinnamon. Place in a buttered Bundt pan. Sprinkle raisins and pecans over dough.
- Beat together brown sugar and butter until butter has dissolved. Pour over biscuits.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Turn upside down on serving dish when removed from oven.
