Susie's Brisket
Susie sometimes does this recipe for sandwiches when we go to the Gulf. It's delicious--as are all her recipes.
List of Ingredients
- 1 5-6-pound beef brisket, well trimmed
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or more)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup liquid smoke
Instructions
- Marinate overnight. Bake at 250 degrees for 4-5 hours.
Final Comments
The marinade is wonderful on mashed potatoes.
