Aunt Florence's Pie Crust Cookies

When I was little and Mom made a pie, she would always do this with the left-over crust:
Roll to very thin
Spread one side with butter, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Beginning at one end, roll the dough and cut in to one inch pieces.
Bake until golden brown
