Baked Custard SBD

Recipe Introduction
The original recipe was called Coconut-Flavored Flan. I found it on the Net the first week I'd started SBD. I've made it about twice a month for the past three years. It's very satisfying.
List of Ingredients
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup skim milk
4 eggs or 1 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon each vanilla, coconut flavoring, and rum flavoring or 3 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup Splenda
Recipe
Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
In a blender mix together all ingredients, except the maple syrup.
Spray 4 custard dishes with cooking spray. [I make 6 large custard cups. ahk] Divide the maple syrup among the custard dishes.
Divide the milk mixture also among the custard dishes.
Place about 3 inches of warm water in an 8x8 baking dish.
Place the custard dishes in the water bath.
Place baking dish with custard dishes in oven.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a knife comes clean when introduced to a custard. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack. Serve warm or cold with a dollop of fat-free, sugar-free Cold Whip
