Mamma's Cheese Souffle

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 pound grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
Instructions
- Combine flour with 1/2 cup milk; stir until smooth and then add remaining milk. Stir and cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat; add cheese and seasonings. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Add egg yolks, one at a time; beat after each addition.
- Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake in hot over (425 degrees) 25 minutes. Serve at once.
