Breakfast Ham and Eggs
List of Ingredients
Almost an omelet, this is one of our favorite breakfast dishes.
1-2 slices ham, cut into 1/4-inch chunks
6-8 eggs
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheeseRecipe
In a large frypan, briefly fry the ham cubes until just a little brown. Scramble the eggs and milk in a bowl. Add to pan. Let bottom cook slightly and stir until eggs reach the desired consistency. Stir in cheese and let melt.
Dick likes his eggs soft, so this takes just about five minutes to cook.
I love it served with thick rye toast.
