Yoshida Ribs

I rarely push a specific brand of anything. Yosida's sauce, though, is something special. We used to find it at our Sam's in large bottles. For some reason, the store here has either stopped carrying it or has difficulty stocking it. Now, when we travel, we stop at Sam's Clubs in other cities just to buy Yoshida.





List of Ingredients



• Pork (ribs, loin, chops, etc.)
  
• Yoshida sauce
  






Instructions



1. Bake pork until nearly done. Prepare grill. Place pork on grill. Brush on Yoshida sauce. Cook until lightly browned.
   






Final Comments


Yoshida is also good on poultry.

If we have leftovers, I like to toss a cup or two into our fried rice. Lovely.
