Jean's Strawberry Salad

List of Ingredients



• 2 packages strawberry gelatin
  
• 2 cups boiling water
  
• 1 can crushed pineapple
  
• 1 package thawed strawberries
  
• 1 carton whipped topping
  
• 1 small package cream cheese
  






Instructions



1. Dissolve gelatin in water. Cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients except whipped topping and cream cheese. Chill until thickened, but not set.
   
2. Mix the whipped topping and cream cheese together. Slightly whip up thickened gelatin. Fold in cheese mixture. Chill thoroughly until set.
   






Final Comments


I've spread the cream cheese and whipped topping on top. The cream cheese gives the whipped topping more stability.
