List of Ingredients 2-3 ripe tomatoes, chopped in fairly large chunks 1 large onion, quartered and then sliced 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced 1/2 cup cider vinegar 2-3 tablespoons water 1 tablespoon sugar Salt and pepper to taste Instructions Prepare vegetables. Mix remaining ingredients together for dressing. Pour over vegetables. Mix. Chill. Final Comments No fat. My ultimate diet comfort food.
