    Jo's Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 bottle barbecue sauce, your choice
    • 1/2 cup wine, preferably a dry red
    • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
    • dash Worcestershire, if desired


    Instructions


    1. Mix and brush over pork, chicken, or hamburgers.


    Final Comments


    When grilling meats that are best well-done, I pre-cook mine in the oven and finish the last few minutes on the grill. This ensures that the meat is done and prevents charring.
