Leslie's Spinach with Sour Cream
List of Ingredients
1 1-pound package fresh spinach or 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach
1 tablespoon grated onion
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Parmesan
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook spinach and onion until thawed; beat eggs. Mix ingredients and bake at 375-380 degrees until center is set. Do not overcook.
