Banana Split Dessert
List of Ingredients
- For the Crust:
- 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/3 cup Butter, melted
- For the Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 1 Box sugar, powered
- 1 cube butter, softened
- For the Topping:
- 4 Bananas, sliced
- 1 8-oz Can Pineapple, drained, crushed
- 16 ozs. whipped Topping
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 small jar Maraschino Cherries
- shaved chocolate, to garnish
Instructions
- Combine ingredients for crust, Press into y 9x13 inch pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Mix ingredients for filling together until mixture has a creamy texture. Spread filling over chilled crust.
- Place banana slices on top of the filling. Top with crushed pineapple. Then spread on the whipped topping. Garnish with nuts, cherries and shaved chocolate. Toppings, like strawberries or other fresh fruit can be substituted or added. Be creative. Refrigerate one to two hours or overnight. Serve cold.
