    List of Ingredients




    2 lb beef steak, fat removed and cut in cubes
    3 Tbsp coriander
    1 Tbsp cumin
    6 cloves
    2 inches cinnamon
    2 tsp fenugreek seeds
    1 tsp fennel seeds
    6 dried chiles, soaked
    8 cloves garlic
    1 large onion
    1 inch ginger
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1 Tbsp ghee or oil
    2 bay leaves
    2 cups beef stock

    Recipe



    Blender spices, onion, garlic, ginger, and vinegar. Marinate meat in the mixture for 2 hours. Fry the meat in ghee or oil, add bayleaf and stock, cook until tender. Remove bay leaves and serve with rice and dal and chutneys.
