    Coconut Raisin Dream Bars

    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup butter
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
    • 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
    • 1 1/2 cups walnuts
    • 1 cup flaked coconut
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cup plump raisins


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Beat 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl until creamy.

    3. Add flour and blend.

    4. Press into bottom of 9x9x2 pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges
      turn golden.

    5. Heat 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter and cream in a sauce pan, stirring until
      melted. Add nuts and set aside.

    6. Sprinkle chocolate chips, raisins and coconut on crust. Top with nut mixture.

    7. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden-brown.

    8. Cool for at least 30 minutes and cut into squares.
