Recipe Introduction

This recipe or something similar to this was given to me in around 1970 by my cousin Mira, and called Venezuelan Salad Dressing. It used vinegar instead of lemon juice. We prefer fresh lemon juice. This has become a prized family recipe. Use dried garlic granules (NOT garlic powder) instead of fresh garlic.

List of Ingredients

1/4 cup canola or any vegetable oil
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic granules
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1/8 tsp. salt


Recipe

Mix thoroughly, let sit for several hours to mix flavours, pour over green tossed salad.
