A traditional drink used for Beltane or Mayday festivities!
List of Ingredients
1 bottle of White Wine (or fruit juice for a non alcoholic version)
1/2 dozen sprigs of Sweet Woodruff - a perennial herb
Berries, fruits & edible flowers or your choice
Recipe
Soak the fruit & woodruff on the wine for 15 to 20 minutes to flavour. If using dried woodruff it is recommended to soak longer even overnight, then let the fruit soak for 15 - 20 minutes.
