List of Ingredients
30g Gelatine
1 tsp Peppermint Essence
300mls Cold Water
1 cup Sugar
pinch Citric Acid
Green Food Colouring
Recipe
Over low heat stir the water, sugar & gelatine until dissolved. Add the citric acid & bring to the boil. Remove from heat, cool & add the peppermint essence & colouring. Stir thoroughly.
Pour into a greased tin & allow to set for 24 hours. Cut into squares & roll in sugar.
