    Super quick & super easy cheesecake!

    List of Ingredients




    250g Cream Cheese, softened
    400g can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1/2 cup Lemon Juice
    1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
    1 Biscuit crumb pie crust

    Recipe



    Blend all of the ingredients. Pour into the pie crust, then refrigerate.

    Serve topped with fresh fruit.
