Icing for Mothering Cake

1/2 cup Heavy Cream
2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate, chopped
Recipe
In a saucepan, over medium heat, place the heavy cream until a thin skin forms on the top.
Add the coffee powder and whisk to dissolve & then add the chocolate & mix to dissolve.
Remove from heat and continue to stir to finish melting the chocolate. Cool for about 15 minutes, and then pour over the top of the cake, starting at the centre.
Top with shaved chocolate or whipped cream just prior to serving. A sliced strawberry is a welcome addition to every slice.
