    Chicken & Asparagus Bake

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups spiral pasta, cooked
    750g Chicken Fillets, skinned & halved
    420g can Cream of Asparagus Soup (the concentrated variety)
    1 cup Water
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 tspn Pepper
    1/2 tspn Mixed Herbs
    1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup grated Cheese

    Recipe

    Spread pasta over base of a greased casserole dish. Lay the chicken fillets over the top.
    Mix the soup, water, pepper, parmesan cheese & herbs together. Pour over the chicken. Top with the grated cheese & breadcrumbs.
    Bake at 190C for approx 40 mins or until the chicken is cooked & the topping is golden.
    Try adding some chopped up asparagus spears with the pasta.

    Serves: 4
