Spaghetti w/Zucchini & Cherry Tomatoes

List of Ingredients
250g Spaghetti
3 Tbspns Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
3 - 4 small Zucchini, grated
250g Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Recipe
Cook pasta until tender.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a small frying pan over high heat. Add garlic, zucchini & tomatoes. Cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes or until tender.
Drain pasta, reserving 2 tablespoons of cooking water. Return pasta & reserved water to saucepan. Add zucchini mixture & season with salt & pepper to taste. Toss over low heat until heated through.
Spoon into bowls & top with parmesan cheese.
