500g Minced Beef
1in piece root ginger, sliced
1 tsp Chinese Five Spice
1 chilli, sliced
2oz Mange-Touts
1 Red Capsicum, chopped
1 Carrot, sliced
4oz Beansprouts
1 tbs Sesame Oil
Chinese Egg Noodles
Recipe
Heat oil in wok until almost smoking. Add the minced beef & cook for about 3 minutes, stirring all the time. Add the ginger, chinese five spice & chilli. Cook for 1 minute. Add the mange-touts, the capsicum & carrot & cook for a further 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the beansprouts & sesame oil & cook for 2 minutes. Serve with egg noodles.
