    Tagliatelle with Pea & Ham Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    350g Tagliatelle
    1 1/2 cups shelled peas, cooked
    300mls (1 1/4 cups) single cream
    1/3 cup grated fontina cheese
    3oz Parma ham, sliced into strips
    Salt & pepper

    Recipe

    Cook the pasta & drain. Place the cream & half of the cheese into a small saucepan & heat gently, stirring constantly until heated through. Place the pasta into a large serving bowl. Toss together the pasta, ham & peas. Pour in the sauce, add the remaining cheese & season with salt & pepper.
