    Great for the whole family! Just increase the size of the ingredients.

    List of Ingredients




    30g Butter, chopped
    1 Tbspn Plain Flour
    1 cup Milk
    1/4 cup grated Carrot
    1/4 cup grated Zucchini
    1/4 cup Corn Kernels
    50g Broccoli, cut into florets
    1 cup cooked Macaroni pasta
    1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour & cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Remove saucepan from heat. Gradually stir in the milk. Return the saucepan from the heat. Cook, stirring, for 3 - 4 minutes or until sauce boils & thickens.

    Add carrot, zucchini, corn, broccoli & pasta. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Stir in cheese. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until melted. Spoon into bowls & serve.

    Leftovers can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add a little extra milk or water when reheating.
