    50g/2oz mixed herbs
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    4tbs Pine Nuts, toasted
    2/3 cup Olive Oil
    350g Spaghetti
    4tbs grated Parmesan cheese
    salt & pepper
    Basil leaves for garnish

    Recipe



    Put the herbs, garlic & half of the pine nuts into a blender or food processor. With the machine running slowly, add the oil & process to form a thick puree. Cook the spaghetti then drain. Transfer the herb puree to a large serving dish, then add the spaghetti & parmesan. Toss well to coat the spaghetti. Sprinkle with the remaining pine nuts & basil leaves.
    Serves 4
