Pear, Blue Cheese and Rocket Salad

2 bags Baby Leaf Rocket Salad
3 Pears, cored and finley sliced
250g Blue Cheese, crumbled
1 cup (100g) Walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup (80mls) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbspns Balsamic VinegarRecipe
Place salad leaves in a large serving bowl and top with pear, cheese and walnuts.
Combine the oil and vinegar and drizzle over the salad and serve immediately.
Serves approx 4 (large servings)
