    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 cups Flour
    3/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
    90g Butter
    3/4 cup Apricot Jam

    Recipe



    Combine flour & brown sugar in a mixing bowl; rub in butter & mix well.
    Spread half of the mixture into a 23cm square baking tray. spread the jam over the top, then add the remaining mixture.
    Bake at 180C for 30 mins. Cut into squares.
